Proposed Methodologies

AGILE

AGILE Methodology is an iterative approach to project management and product development. It is used for breaking down work into small manageable sprints for continuous improvements; delivery, feedback, adaptation, flexibility, and collaboration. It uses frameworks like Scrum and Kanban to enable rapid response to change, creating an evolving product.

Our project utilises this methodology through the usage of sprints as discussed in our schedule plans for our development process.

User Testing Practices

We intend to have a playtest to gain feedback on the current state of our project after every sprint. We have planned time for 4 sprints, therefore 4 playtests to conduct. We will conduct these playtests in a very simple, but effective manner.

Our playtests will be conducted in-house, smaller in scale to our final presentation in a dedicated exhibition in London. These playtests will be conducted with the intention of gaining feedback to further improve the final product of our game. These playtests will follow this structure; introduction to the game through the site, playing the project, and a google form for feedback.
