It is used for breaking down work into small manageable sprints for continuous improvements; delivery, feedback, adaptation, flexibility, and collaboration. It uses frameworks like Scrum and Kanban to enable rapid response to change, creating an evolving product.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:#c3d2df\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Our project utilises this methodology through the usage of sprints as discussed in our schedule plans for our development process.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">User Testing Practices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:#c3d2df\" class=\"has-inline-color\">We intend to have a playtest to gain feedback on the current state of our project after every sprint. We have planned time for 4 sprints, therefore 4 playtests to conduct. We will conduct these playtests in a very simple, but effective manner.\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:#c3d2df\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Our playtests will be conducted in-house, smaller in scale to our final presentation in a dedicated exhibition in London. These playtests will be conducted with the intention of gaining feedback to further improve the final product of our game.
