mechanics, art, narrative based etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mechanics, Narratives, Aesthetic ideas etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Links to useful resources (YouTube tutorials, Example Design Proposal websites etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning out pipelines and workflows\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For me, looking into Unity specific things like tile maps, the animator etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trello<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is it?<br><\/strong>Trello is a visual work management tool that helps individuals and teams organize tasks and projects using a flexible, <strong>Kanban-style<\/strong> system of boards, lists, and cards, allowing users to track progress from ideation to completion through a simple drag-and-drop interface<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At first, Paula and I wanted to use JIRA &#8211; But after talking to guest speaker <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.wsagames.com\/et4g23-yr3\/2025\/12\/05\/jade-carter\/\">Jade Carter<\/a> we decided on Trello for a few reasons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>JIRA mostly uses Scrum\/ Waterfall workflows (Working in time-sensitive sprints)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Which is useful when managing much larger teams &#8211; not so applicable in a two person team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trello utilizes a Kanban-workflow &#8211; which is less restrictive and allows for more freedom with the completion of tasks\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Helpful on a two person team where some tasks might not be solely done by a specific person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jade Carter, an in-industry producer, decided work that <mark style=\"background-color:#e473ff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Paula<\/mark> has to complete.
