Character archetypes are roles that characters typically embody in storytelling. I tried to merge this with my game concept and what I think a character in my game would look and be like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shape Theory:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"330\" height=\"463\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.wsagames.com\/jr16g23\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2024\/10\/image-36.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-211\" style=\"width:210px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sites.wsagames.com\/jr16g23\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2024\/10\/image-36.png 330w, https:\/\/sites.wsagames.com\/jr16g23\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2024\/10\/image-36-214x300.png 214w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 330px) 100vw, 330px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this activity we had to create a character using shapes only. For the head I used a circle, for the limbs I used rectangles and the body was made up of a triangle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"280\" height=\"182\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.wsagames.com\/jr16g23\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2024\/10\/image-37.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-214\" style=\"width:518px;height:auto\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every character you see tends to be made up of particular shapes to portray their personalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Circles- evoke a warm welcoming feeling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Squares- strong character<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triangles- heighten fear and show how menacing a character is.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Silhouettes:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"612\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.wsagames.com\/jr16g23\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2024\/10\/image-38.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-219\" style=\"width:525px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sites.wsagames.com\/jr16g23\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2024\/10\/image-38.png 612w, https:\/\/sites.wsagames.com\/jr16g23\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2024\/10\/image-38-300x207.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 612px) 100vw, 612px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In character design a strong character can usually be recognised still in silhouette form.
