After playing around with the art style and potential character designs prior to receiving the outlines, I began working<\/strong> on the character designs after<\/strong> Cindy<\/em> wrote detailed descriptions<\/strong> of them, which I was grateful about. It made the process so much smoother for me and less stressful, all I had to do was take in the information from the GDD and the descriptions together to draw out my visual interpretation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of my teammates Nam <\/em><\/strong>asked me if I was going to give them different outfits for each day<\/strong>, and I said no because it would be a lot of sprites to draw, then I realised that since the characters aren\u2019t in uniform, everyday they\u2019d be wearing the exact same outfit kind of like a cartoon character, which isn\u2019t the intention, but giving them uniform would solve any oddness from them wearing the same thing every day<\/strong>, so I considered putting them in uniform<\/strong>, however only if I have the time<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
