Working with Agile Methodology for this project means spliting up my project into phases that will become my weekly sprints. It also relies on feedback and reflection after each sprint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To start with, it is important that I outline my Minimum Viable Product. This should include the three core endings of the comic as well as all the essential story beats outlined in my narrative timeline and the character and relationship sheet. Extra components like the lino book stamp and the book cards are not essential to the function of the final product, but will add value if I have the time to add these.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think that the best framework for me in this project will be a Kanban board as I will constantly be aware of what I am doing and what needs to be done. The visual aspect of pulling cards will be valuable to me. While a Kanban board will be helpful during the work, currently it is most important to make an overview of what I plan for the workflow of the entire project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
