Class Communication：

We discussed each person’s work preferences in class and each wrote them on sticky notes to put on the form.

""

Overall: We all have different work preferences and work different hours. But we make sure to make the most of our time in class for discussion, and if we have any questions outside of class we use Slack to communicate. Help To ensure a normal project process.

We created a ‘team contract’

It contains:

  • How can we communicate: Class and Slack

  • How we help each other: Derry and Lee help each other(Art Group)/Yushan and Leo help each other

  • The most important thing for our group to work together is “peace”

  • How to save data: Use Slack and OneDrive

  • Work Time: Class time was mostly spent discussing projects and making decisions, with each of us completing our work privately and according to our own habits

  • Core Value: Friendship

    Slack Communication:

    • Talk about User Story:

We had done most of the User Story discussion in class, but we continued the discussion in Slack, refining the entire User Story. and Yushan finished making the User Story.

      What we discussed in class：

      ""

      Leo’s additions to User Story：

      ""

Derry discusses environmental design with Yushan:

      ""

      ""

Derry and Lee talk about Character Design:

Lee shows first draft of the NPC, and talk about art style.

Lee doesn’t know how to model in 3D, we were discussing whether to use 3D or 2D for the characters in the game, and eventually, after our discussion, we ended up using 3D for the scenes and 2D for the characters.
