Yushan\u2019s project management plan involves completing the game\u2019s development in full on the Monday of the final week, followed by packaging and uploading the game to the itch.io website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At that point, the characters, dialogue and mechanics had all been fully completed, and the super-market scene assets had been imported; the only thing left was the player\u2019s room. To ensure the project was completed on time, Yushan decided to remove the toilet from the room, as it served a purely decorative purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yushan drew up a list detailing which items in the room Derry needed to model, prioritised by importance. Yushan set two deadlines for Derry to ensure he made progress every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To ensure that the assets could be imported into the project on time, Yushan liaised with Derry on several occasions to ensure that everything proceeded smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To ensure the project is completed on schedule, Yushan and Derry have agreed to meet at the school on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for face-to-face discussions, with a view to improving communication and work efficiency and jointly advancing the project\u2019s progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the school, Yushan and Derry mainly discussed the placement and layout of the scene assets; although time was tight, they still ensured the work was completed to a high standard.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
