During Playtest<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Before the first playtesting session, our team assigned initial roles<\/strong> to ensure the testing process could run smoothly\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ollie & Lettie<\/strong> – documenting<\/strong> player feedback (question, confusion, suggestion, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swam<\/strong> – encourage player<\/strong> to test the game. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Me <\/strong>– Explainer<\/strong>, helping players set up<\/strong> the game and supporting them during gameplay. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also fixed critical technical issues in real-time whenever major bugs occurred to prevent interruptions to the testing experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We adopted a flexible system<\/strong> where responsibilities were rotated among team members<\/strong>. When someone left to playtest another group\u2019s game, another member would step in to take over their role. This allowed the test to continue efficiently while ensuring everyone had the opportunity to both observe players and experience other projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
