When collaborating with surui to develop the narrative, we created digital sketches of the original text through photographic references. This approach allowed us to continuously update our drafts while traveling home, ensuring our creative process remained fluid and grounded in real-world inspiration.
But in todays game market, there seems to be a lot of games with similar stories, so we decided to make a big change to the story, keeping the original character relationships, and making the story more weird and confusing.
