Feedback Table
We had another feedback session with Jordan, Adam, Ryan, Hayley and Parker. These are some of the suggestions and feedback that came from talking about my narrative and mood boards.
- 2.5D game?
- My Child Lebensborn – could look at this for the childhood abuse aspects
- How will you show the planes – front and back plane to show depth? Drop shadows?
- Get gameplay to make people think about the message
- Different ages will experience this game differently – a 13 y/o playing this vs a 25 y/o
- Especially those who have gone through abuse, how can we manage the sensitivity of the subject?
- If we haven’t been through it ourselves, how can we portray it accurately?
- Look at
- Whimsical characters parallel real life – maybe the dolls can say something that showcases abuse or neglect
- Look into LEGO movie sets to see how they manage range and world-building
- Figure out what you want to achieve with this game
