As Paula and I begin developing Haerenga for our FMP, we took the initiative to set up a few systems that would help us:
Miro and Trello
As stated in the post below, we created a Miro board for us to share ideas, images and or videos that we think will benefit either of us. We also set up tasks in Trello that we can assign whenever necessary and complete whenever we get the chance – Trello lets us be a lot more flexible with our tasks and completion.
Discord
One new additional system we set up that wasn’t mentioned in the post is a discord server, for multiple reason:
- Allows us to message and ping each other for any important information that we have to convey
- Lets us document any ideas we discuss
- Acts as a medium to show:
- Any progress I make as the programmer and developer
- Any assets Paula needs to send me to implement
We separated our text channels with into the above to organise our thoughts and messages. In these channels we can even pin important messages that we think we need to return to:
