Snowfields

I was born in the northeastern part of China, which is a place with cold winters and extensive snow and ice. Every winter, I could play with the thick snow, so in a way, the snowy land represents my hometown.

After beginning high school, I left my hometown for a region with significantly less snowfall, which deepened my longing for the snowfields that define my native place. At the same time, I am also thinking about why the snowfield has such an appeal.

Snowfields are usually far from urban areas, situated in the wild and filled with the atmosphere of untouched nature. In environments such as these, individuals are able to separate themselves from external distractions and engage in deeper reflection on various issues.

The snowy plains are also filled with the unknown, offering countless adventures waiting to unfold upon this land.
