Megan Matthews is a Game Designer who specialises in level design and accessibility. She makes non-violent games with cosy and relaxing themes. She graduated from the course in 2021 and currrently works at Ustwo Games, helping to make Monument Valley 3 and Desta: the memories between.

My Question

Megan’s answer:
- A lot less stressful. However, first studio was only 9 people and 3 people had to do the pitching.
- Second studio was more relaxed, only 3 people as it was a kickstarter
- Smaller company, more stress you feel as you have less people + more demands
- Adam: AAA + indie is not more or less stressful
- 100 bugs in a smaller studio = more stress
