Jade’s Talk Notes (Written & Scanned)

What I learned
- I didn’t get to ask a question this week, but here are 3 tips that apply to me from the talk:
- QA is a valuable gateway into the wider games industry – you can start from here and pivot into your preferred role when you are in a position to showcase those skills.
- Neurodivergent people may work best with a Hybrid workplace. You can’t start from this option, but as you work long enough, this will be an option for you.
- Task planning software like Jira is really important for a team to work cohesively. This will make sure everyone stays on track and will help with weekly meetings.
