Summer Project PPT:

I took MARVEL RIVALS, a globally popular game, as the object to study its gameplay, core mechanics, background narrative, and player autonomy. During the research process, I took one of the characters as the entry point and conducted a specific analysis and demonstration of the relationship between its character positioning, ability design, and the overall system. During the research of this demonstration, I gradually understood the design concept of a game and how to make it reasonable. Through this research and practice, I gradually grasped the overall design concept of a game and the logical connections among its various systems. Meanwhile, this project also deepened my understanding of the GDD structure of game design documents, enabling me to form a preliminary and systematic understanding of the core content and basic elements that a GDD must include.
