week 7

This week, I made a detailed and initial (GDD) draft of the game, and at the end, I also received some revision suggestions from my teacher.

Mentor's suggestion

We need to explain the research that guided your ideas and how much your ideas changed across time
Add the feedback you’ve received in your presentation
Explain how did it change from feeling under the water and drowning  – and how that evolved with time and research you’ve done
Add ALL the ideas you had 
These can go on a tab called idea generation / or ideation
You should also have a tab called Research

Add a mindmap
Add definitions if any
Add external texts or ideas that inspired you
Any games you’ve reviewed, any artists you’ve researched at the library,, etc.
Review of the games and films and stories

Sketches
Player loops – any drafts
Drawings, sketches, unfinished work

Minor:  3D Art / Major: Game Design with a focus on concept art and idea generation
 
Do some research into camera angles, and under the ocean life – is this a common jellyfish or does it have any magical properties – what are the creatures that the player will encounter and how – and have a reference board for each of them
 
You may need a study of light underwater and how that works (here please do some research into physics).
