Narrative Research
The first research I have done in terms of narrative was from a more technical side. I wanted to find out more about how I should approach writing a good story so that it would be more likely to spark an interest within the player.

Research on Birds
I have also conducted a research on birds and their symbolism. I already had an idea of including a bird as one of the choices for the animal mechanic in the game, and I wanted to add meaning behind why a certain bird species was present.
From the research, I decided that raven would be the most suitable choice for the narrative due to its symbolism of rebirth, transformation and guidance towards truth. These aspects align with the core concept of the game.
