This project was planned and completed as a personal project rather than a collaborative team project. This decision was not made out of a desire to avoid scale or difficulty, but rather based on a comprehensive assessment of the project type, personal capabilities, and time frame.
During the project implementation, I took on multiple roles including conceptual design, character and world setting creation, scene structure development, 3D modeling, and environmental music composition.
My previous experience with both personal projects and group projects has given me a clear understanding of the basic processes and workload for these stages. Although I do not aim for every aspect to reach a highly specialized level of completion, I am able to achieve “usable and consistent” design results within a reasonable range.
In terms of technology, I have practical experience in basic character modeling and animation, and in this project, I controlled the complexity of production by establishing basic models, trying different design directions, and then conducting feasibility screenings. In the field of music and sound, I also have the ability to independently complete environmental soundtracks and incorporate them as part of the spatial atmosphere design, rather than as additional display content.
It is important to note that the independent completion of this project does not mean that all content was created from scratch by an individual to the final form. Instead, it ensures the feasibility of the project through clear prioritization and scope control. For example, during the evaluation process, I actively abandoned complex skeletal structure character schemes and unnecessary character voice content in the current version to prevent the production goal from getting out of control.
By limiting the project to a manageable scale and aligning character design, spatial structure, gameplay logic, and sound atmosphere into a unified direction, I was able to complete a logically coherent and clearly designed work within a limited time frame. This process also helped me more clearly recognize my strengths in design integration and direction control, as well as the technical areas that need further collaboration or supplementation in subsequent projects.
