Week 7 was formative feedback week, and since I was away for the first half of the week I couldn’t participate in the group meeting on Tuesday. My teammates have provided the things they covered during my time away in Slack, and I was able to look through it.
On Thursday, I had a meeting with the teacher and we have talked about things that have been going well. Also, the feedback sheet I was given has helped understand which part of my work needed improvement. Before the formative feedback, we were given tables that could help us understand which areas needed improvement. In general, I was confident enough with my own work, but when it came to varieties of sources where I did my research and documenting the teamwork effort, I was a little behind.
In general, I need to focus on experimenting within my role, as well as teamwork. The role of a Project Manager fell onto my shoulders as well, which means taking care of the project website and planning. It was not something I wanted to do, but our team really needed a solid management since we started having issues with productivity and contribution to the project from other people. On top of that, I was adviced to do more research o my main role as a Narrative Designer to reinforce my progress.
