Sprint 4

27/04/2026 – 21/05/2026

Who would have thought the final sprint is here! Which, unfortunately, means everything is coming to an end, but before I reflect on how the final semester went, here is everything I completed in the last sprint.

During these final weeks, a lot of my tasks were filled with polishing up, updating & building up suspense for Archive 13 to be released. Enjoy my final couple of weeks’ work!

Creating the Trailer and Documentary

This was something that I really enjoyed doing, as when making the documentary, it allowed me to reflect on the past 3 years as a whole, and it felt like a nice way to sign off before handing in. The Trailer allowed me to express some creativity and piece together what I believe to be a catching first glimpse.

Preparing for the Degree show & London

In preparation for our degree show and the London show, Jessie and I agreed that having stickers that people can take away to remember us by would add a level of engagement. So I went ahead and created a sticker sheet so I can make handmade stickers ready to give out.

Reflection

Coming into the last week, I wanted to reflect on my time during this project. In this project, I set myself the goal of pushing my abilities and giving some elements of game design that I wasn’t very confident in one last try, and I actually learned that I enjoy 3D modelling, as I would happily sit listening to music whilst I worked away. I was a little bit nervous going into this last semester, as I wanted to create something that I was proud of, and I can confidently say I did. Archive 13 was created out of a shared love for true crime and mystery, and I’m very fortunate to have worked alongside Jessie as our skills complemented one another, and the communication was always smooth and clear.

Going forward, I hope to continue these skills and also further develop in my career as a game designer and look forward to being able to share the game at the shows and events to come in the next month.
