Retrospective & Submission Support

This week, my teammates were putting the finishing touches on the final game test on Thursday. Nam continued coding, and Maria was drawing backgrounds. I started working on the basic framework of the group website and assigned them the images they needed to send me for uploading. Maria needed to send me all the finished products and some drafts, including colored character illustrations, character expression designs (Tyler), and colored backgrounds (classroom). Nam needed to provide some screenshots of the coding and Unity creation process, as well as a complete game walkthrough video, so I could put them on our website.

I write for Maria to let her know what I need her to send to me:

Nam also send me during class I conversation with him:

Knowing that our game test would be conducted by people other than our classmates, I created a poster, continuing the style of my previous ‘Daydream’ poster, using a collage technique to combine the completed characters with the background. I finally designed a large title and it was finished. I’m happy the poster was very popular. However, I forgot to take it to the test day.

On Friday, Maria and I helped the test players experience our game offline and wrote down many points that could be improved in the official game, as well as some game bugs. I compiled these into a document and shared it in the group for others to read and improve upon.
