Generative AI tools were utilised during the development of this project in a supportive and transparent manner. Specifically, I used ChatGPT (version 5.2) to brainstorm ideas, structure written content, enhance clarity, and translate my design thoughts into more coherent academic language. It is important to note that the AI did not generate any original game concepts, mechanics, or creative decisions; all core ideas, design choices, and reflections are entirely my own. Additionally, I used Grammarly to ensure proper grammar, spelling, and readability. The use of these tools is in accordance with the University of Southampton’s guidelines on the acceptable use of Generative AI, and their usage is fully acknowledged in this submission.
