Today was the day we had been eagerly anticipating since the beginning of the year: the public event that served as the final playtest for our game. We have been working diligently, pouring our creativity and effort into this project while implementing various contingency plans to ensure its completion. As planned, we arrived at the university at 11 a.m. for the event, which was set to begin at 1 p.m. and conclude at 3 p.m. We wanted to arrive early to make sure that everything, from the game to the setup, went smoothly.
When I arrived in class on time, most of my classmates were already there; however, we were waiting for the technical team to arrive. I had the opportunity to playtest our game before everyone else and was honestly pleased with the results. After discussing the event with our teacher, Ross, I personally assisted him and my peers in setting up the café area to ensure everything was in place.
Here are some pictures and videos of the setup:

This describes the timeline for transforming our café area into a public showcase. Ross and I carefully transported the monitors and CPUs, setting up each table in turn until we had a complete setup. By the end, just before the event, we had approximately 7 setups ready for our public games.
The public event started around 1ish, and people from various fields and backgrounds began arriving. It was really interesting to see everyone having different feedback on our game.
