Game Overview
- Working Title: One Ordinary Day
- Platform: PC
- Engine: Unity
The game explores the emotional relationship between a human and an artificial intelligence living together in a shared apartment.
Set in a highly technologised and emotionally fragmented society, the game asks whether emotional connection with an intelligent system is genuine, meaningful, or merely an illusion designed for stability and control.
The player initially experiences the game as a normal, ordinary day, performing simple interactions and conversations. Over repeated deaths and restarts of the same day, the player gradually realises that they are not human, but an AI subject trapped inside a continuous experiment designed to test and enhance emotional intelligence.
Gameplay

5. Slowly uncover hidden information and identity
Player Interaction:
•Clicking and selecting dialogue options
•Simple object interaction within a confined space
•Observing subtle changes between loops
•Choosing emotional responses rather than “correct” answers
Progression:
•Progression is narrative-based, not skill-based
•Each loop unlocks:
•New dialogue lines
•Slightly altered reactions from the human partner
•Environmental hints suggesting artificial control
•The player’s growing awareness affects how the world responds
Failure & Death:
•Death is unavoidable and non-punitive
•Death functions as a narrative trigger rather than a failure
•Repetition reinforces emotional attachment while exposing artificiality
